Zoom is a young people's film and media development programme taking place in the South Wales Valley's which incorporates a major international festival of children's film and media.
This year saw the third & biggest Zoom Film Festival, running sessions, workshops & screenings in four
different venues, across the South Wales Valleys.
The 2009 Zoom Film is a promotional documentary of the four-day Festival.
