  Following a number of years as a freelance set & costume designer and Technical Manager at The Halliwell Theatre
  and Theatr Elli, Damian was invited to move into television production at BBC Cymru Wales in Cardiff as an
  Operations Co-ordinator. During his time at the BBC, he worked on numerous productions for BBC Wales, BBC
  Network & BBC Cymru on S4C as well as for S4C itself. These included Belonging, X-Ray, The Mike Doyle
  Show, Max Boyce, This is Your Life, Question Time, Pobol y Cwm, Clipsen, Dyfodol yr Iaith
and Y T
ŵr.
  Damian regularly took on the role of Assistant Floor Manager on programmes such as Etholiad and Children
  in Need
, was the Associate Producer of Malcolm's Story & A Day Out with Mother & the Producer of Define
  Normal
. He has also produced The Bingo Man, Chris Needs - By Royal Appointment, Takeover TV:
  Carmarthen
, Five Days in Aberdare & Five Days in Haverfordwest. He has also written & produced a
  dramatic film for Barnardos Cymru called Hidden and currently has other projects in production and development.

  Damian was also a member of Lab 2002. Originally trained by ?WhatIf!, the Lab was a team who devised &
  developed ideas & formats for new BBC programmes. He has written & produced many in-house
  programmes & projects, penned several online journals & articles for the BBC and worked extensively on
  arrangements for the 30th Anniversary of Pobol y Cwm in October 2004. Damian was also commissioned by
  BBC Wales to write his first television series, Bad Hair Day, originally shown on BBC 2W in May 2004.
