Internal Coordinator – Pobol y Cwm 30th Anniversary (Oct’ 2003 – Nov’ 2004)
To liaise with internal departments at BBC Cymru Wales & work with Executive Producer - Pobol y Cwm;
To facilitate creation of appropriate ideas with HoD’s & collaboration representatives;
To determine time-scale and necessary facilities / materials;
To prepare on-going production / event timetable & oversee all production elements.
Creative Coordinator – Lab’ 2003 (March – July 2003)
To co-design & co-ordinate eight training courses in creative thinking / process for 150 staff;
To ensure that all delegates were briefed & prepared for the course;
To liaise with external suppliers & venues;
To assist with all creative & programme idea processes.
“BBC Making It Happen” – Core Facilitation Team & Great Spaces Team (March 2003 - May 2005)
To form part of the core team driving forward the making it happen initiatives across the BBC;
To perform various duties as required on a project-by-project basis;
To attend meetings in Cardiff & London as required.
